Really cute, unique hairstyles I liked

Senior Project Reflection

1) I am proud that I made time. I was so scared that I wasnt going to make time at first but then after I practiced it at home, I became nervous i wouldn't have enough time for my presentation. All in all, im glad it went well and that its finally over.

2a) AE

2b) P

3) What worked for me was my independent components, They were really convenient for me to do and they were a lot more fun then I expected it to be. It was my favorite part of senior project

4) I would have went to my new mentor ship a lot sooner. Then I would have actually learned a lot more and would have actually enjoyed going to

5) Not only have I chosen this as a career path but it had also helped me get a head start on what cosmetology school is going to be like and I know nothing can be harder then iPoly projects so now im really  pumped for college.

I:
The most important thing I've gained from this experience is the feel of what it is like to work at a salon. Before, I thought that the stylist would just do their job and thats it. But there actually a whole lot more then that they do. The cleaning is the number one thing that slipped my mind. There is so much cleaning involved. I hated cleaning so much, but I only did that at my old mentorship. I cleaned at my new mentorship too, but it was only sweeping. When I was little, I never went to salons. I only went to Letty Cruz who was always my hairdresser and she hats a studio at her house so I never knew what great connections you can make with your co-workers. Now it makes sense to me because when you're working with someone who shares the same passion as you, then you already have something in common. Its like instant friends. But of course, there's always that black sheep in the salon that doesn't necessarily get along with everyone.

My mentorship hours connected to my essential question in showing me the truth about consultations. You don't really need a long consultation that I'm always preaching about in my presentations. The only time you need a big consultation, is during your first and/or second visit. I also learned that with clientele that keeps coming back to you, the only questions that really need to be asked is "What do you like?" and "What do you not like?"
